สารคดีซีรีส์แนวสืบสวนสยอง พาเราไปเยือน Tat tak ในฮ่องกง สถานที่ได้ชื่อว่าเป็นโรงเรียนหลอน โดยมีคนเล่าว่า พวกเขาเข้าไปในรร.ร้างแห่งนี้ตอนกลางคืน เห็นวิญญาณชายแก่นั่งที่มุมห้องคล้ายภารโรงกำลังถูพื้น บ้างก็ว่าเห็นผีสาวในชุดแดงอยู่ในตึกโรงเรียน และมีตำนานว่ามีครูสาวผูกคอตายในห้องน้ำหญิงด้วย โดยด้านหลังของโรงเรียนใกล้กับสุสานขนาดใหญ่ด้วย
สารคดีพาเราตามหาสาเหตุที่โรงเรียนแห่งนี้ถูกทิ้งร้างแต่กลับไม่ได้รับคำตอบจากคนในพื้นที่หลายคนไม่อยากพูดถึง รวมถึง อดีตครูใหญ่ของโรงเรียนนี้ด้วย มีเพียงคำตอบจากญาติของครูใหญ่ที่บอกว่าโรงเรียนร้างเพราะคนย้ายไปเรียนที่อื่น รวมถึงหาว่ามีคนเคยผูกคอตายจริงหรือไม่? และทำไมต้องเป็นผีผู้หญิงในชุดสีแดง
นอกจากนี้ทีมงานยังสืบพบว่าพื้นที่แถบโรงเรียนเคยเกิดเหตุการณ์สงครามชาวบ้านตระกูลหนึ่งปะทะกับทหารอังกฤษ มีคนล้มตายจำนวนมาก แต่กลับไม่มีหลักฐานและการบันทึกในประวัติศาสตร์และเอกสารทางการของอังกฤษก็บันทึกว่าไม่มีคนตายจากสงครามนั้น ซึ่งแท้จริงแล้วหลังเหตุการณ์สงครามในครั้งนั้น ทั้งฝ่ายชาวบ้านและฝ่ายอังกฤษได้ตกลงกันว่า ให้ลืมๆเรื่องเหล่านั้นไปซะ..เพื่อผลประโยชน์บางอย่าง ซึ่ง ศพที่เสียชีวิตจากเหตุการณ์ครั้งนั้น ถูกนำไปฝังรวมในหลุมศพขนาดใหญ่ของคนไร้ญาติ
